Janine is joint proprietor of Earnsdale
Farm Riding School and has over 25 years experience
in lecturing in horse
management and teaching riding to
career students. She qualified from
Crooklands Riding Establishment with
her BHSAI and then Warwickshire Agricultural
College with a Diploma in Horse Business
Management in 1984.
She also teaches part time at Pendleton College where she is a lecturer
for BTEC 1st Diploma in Horse Care and BTEC National Diploma in Horse
Management. Janine lectures on Monday and Tuesdays at Pendleton and
the rest of the week at Earnsdale Farm.
She is a qualified NVQ Level 3 Assessor and has recenty gained an Honours
Degree in Education.

Jenny Crook, BHSAI
HEAD GIRL
Jenny
is Janine's daughter, and another family member to join Earnsdale Farm
Riding School. Jenny has ridden ponies since she could walk and has
competed in showing and dressage at Pony Club, local showing and national
level. Jenny has also hunted with Pendle Forest.
Jenny
has competed for many years on her ponies, taking some of them to the
Horse of the Year Show and the Royal International at Hickstead. She
is also a member of British Dressage and competed her pony, Tyn-y-Cae
Gold Kite (Walter) to Medium level. She
has been very successful in breaking and schooling horses and bringing
on her own horses for competition. Jenny is very good at schooling and
improving horses to competition level.

Jenny was
also Equitation
Champion at the same show. Jenny
and Vagabond are starting eventing this year. Jenny
has broken 4 year old Absolute and is schooling her at present. She
is now competing Abbie in affiliated dressage classes.

Miss Vicky Crossley
ASSISTANT HEAD GIRL
Vicky riding Pingu
Vicky is a qualified
Riding Instructor and has been with Earnsdale for twelve months now.
Vicky is training and studying for her BHS Stage III Riding &
Care, having already qualified for her PTT Teaching Certificate. Vicky
has been teaching for several years and has her own horse, which she
has broken and schooled herself. Vicky is a popular choice of Instructor,
bringing a calm approach to her clients. She was recently made
Assitant Head Girl and takes charge of the yard in Jenny's absence.
Miss
Diana Counsell

Diana
is another popular member of our teaching team,
taking novice groups and private lessons. Diana has a
quiet, even temperament and is very good with nervous individuals and
beginners. Diana completed her BHS NVQ Level 2 in the summer of (2005)
and is now working towards her BHS PTT for 2010.

Diana has now taken over the organising and teach of the
Centre Pony Club, gaining several extra members since her
new approach in September, 2009.
She has also changed the time
for the Pony Club sessions to 11.30 am on Sunday mornings.

Miss Vicky Wiggans

Vicky is in her third year with Earnsdale
and is now undertaking her instructor training.
Vicky is kind and considerate and helps her clients with their confidence.
She is very good with nervous children
and adults.

Amber Kilshaw

Amber
started her career at Earnsdaleand is now
in her 3rd year of training
having joined the Yard from
leaving school to take up a career
in horses.
Amber is enjoying her work and particularly likes teaching
those with special needs as well as young people and adults
in their
early riding lessons

Becc Neville
BHS NVQ Level
2. Preparing for BHS Stage III
and PTT Teaching Certificate
Becci started riding at Earnsdale in the Riding School, as a young girl
and learned for several years before joining the Yard as a
Level 2 student as she left school.
Becci is very keen to improve her teaching skills and pass on her learning
to clients.
She also likes to compete in dressage and showing with Bowland Red whenever
possible.
Bowland Red is
a riding school
horse and is improving his own skils with Becci.
